Information we collect

Graphcent collects information you choose to give us. That mostly happens in two places on this site: the contact form and the newsletter signup in the footer.

• Contact form: name, email address, company or organisation (optional), the service you're asking about, budget range, timeline and project details.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.

We don't collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through this site.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, discuss a project, or send newsletter updates if you've signed up for them. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone else.

Contact forms

The contact form on this site opens your own email application with your details pre-filled, and the message is sent from your email account directly to hello@graphcent.com. Graphcent does not run a server that stores form submissions independently of that email.

Newsletter subscriptions

The newsletter form on this site currently confirms your signup in your browser. It is not yet connected to a third-party email marketing platform. This policy will be updated to name that provider, and to describe how you can unsubscribe, before any such service goes live.

Placeholder for later review: name of email service provider, once selected, and a link to their own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. See our Cookie Policy for full detail, including the fonts we load from Google.

Analytics

Graphcent does not currently run any analytics or visitor-tracking software on this website. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the specific tool before it is switched on.

Third-party services

The only third-party service this site loads is Google Fonts, used to display the site's typefaces. Google Fonts may receive your IP address as part of serving that request; see Google's own privacy documentation for how they handle that.

Data retention

Since enquiries are sent directly to our email inbox rather than stored in a database we control, retention follows our normal email housekeeping. You can ask us to delete a specific message or thread at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Get in touch using the details below and we'll act on it promptly.
